Within Center is a premier wellness retreat focused on whole-person healing — mind, body, and spirit. We believe lasting change does not come from a single modality, and it does not come from a long weekend. It comes from a complete container: multiple modalities, held in nature, over six days (or three, in our condensed format). No. Within Center is a medically supervised retreat built around ceremonial ketamine therapy. You will work with board-certified psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and trained ceremonial guides. Most wellness retreats focus on relaxation; Within is built for transformation.
You do not need a formal diagnosis. Many of our clients come for burnout, grief, a stuck relationship, a life transition, or simply a sense that something has to change. We do require a medical screening with our nurse practitioner before any ceremony work, to make sure the medicine is right for you.
Everything. Lodging at AWKN Ranch, all meals, guided ceremonial ketamine therapy, integration coaching, and daily wellness rituals (yoga, breathwork, sound, sauna and cold plunge), and your live-in team. The only thing not included is travel to Austin.
AWKN Ranch is a 12-acre private sanctuary at 7600 Stillridge Dr, in the hills of West Austin. About 20 minutes from downtown Austin, 25 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
